Learn about Prop E: Tree-Care Ballot Measure

At the last SNA quarterly meeting in August, a representative from Friends of the Urban Forest came to speak on the proposed measure to care for the City’s trees. Many present were surprised to learn that the measure on the ballot this November, Proposition E, does not mean a new property tax, but will be covered by the City’s general fund. District 7 Supervisor Candidates’ Forum on Monday Oct 10th

Sunnyside Neighborhood Association will host a District 7 Candidates’ Forum on Monday October 10th, 7-8:30pm at St Finn Barr Auditorium (415 Edna St).

Incumbent Supervisor Norman Yee and all four challengers — Mike Young, Ben Matranga, John Farrell, and Joel Engardio — will be present. Event is open to all. Questions will be taken from audience. Come early at 6:30 pm to meet the candidates.

Ingleside Community Meeting on Oct 18th
