Join or Renew – Annual membership dues. You are always welcome to pay for more than one year at a time and we will ensure our records reflect the corresponding membership term.
- Residences – $30/household-year.
- Businesses – $100/year.
To Donate with Zelle – Please send to board@sunnysideassociation.org your banking or Zelle app. Your bank must be a part of the Zelle Network. Please submit your full name, address, phone number, and email address in the memo/reason field.
To Donate with Paypal – Click the donate button above. Paypal charges up to 8% per transaction. Please use Zelle if you can! Please submit your full name, address, phone number, and email address in the memo/reason field.
Your membership dues or your donation to Sunnyside Neighborhood Association is tax deductible. Please include name, address, phone number and email address in Paypal form or in the Zelle memo.
Membership is open to any resident of Sunnyside. Residents directly adjacent to Sunnyside may belong but may not vote or hold office. Quarterly Meetings are open to all residents, member or not. Members receive regular emails about Sunnyside news and events
Membership fees help support this website, and pay for meeting hall fees and supplies, insurance and other expenses.

We live in Sunnyside, on Edna and want to join. Is the membership per home or person? Also, we are interested in the neighborhood garage sale we heard you have near the end of summer. I believe I already sent a message but have not heard back. I will mail in the fee when I know how much.

Our garage sale is bi-yearly with the next one being this year on 9/27. We’re about to start promoting to the neighborhood. When you join, give us your (and any other household member’s) email so we can get you on our mail list.
