Balboa Reservoir update: PDF presentation from July 9th community meeting

The most recent meeting of the Balboa Reservoir Community Advisory Committee was held on July 9, 2018. The subject was Transportation. The next meeting of the BRCAC has not been scheduled yet, but tentatively planned as a “Community Park Day” in September.

The next meeting of the Balboa Reservoir Community Advisory Committee (BRCAC) is Monday July 9th, 6-8pm (Multi-Use Building, CCSF, 50 Phelan Ave). This meeting is open to all and includes time for public comment. All local residents are welcome. More about the project here.

The subject is “On- and Off-site Transportation“. Also on the agenda: the BRCAC will elect a new chair and vice-chair at this meeting.

This Sat: Balboa Reservoir Community Tour of SF affordable housing

The developer team for the Balboa Reservoir housing project are holding a series of community engagement events. Previously the walk to the Balboa Park Station was addressed. On Next is a tour of affordable housing already built by BRIDGE Housing–so participants can see what it is like, in anticipation of what will be built at the Balboa Reservoir site.

Get a first-hand view of the role BRIDGE Housing and Mission Housing Development Corporation play in building, preserving and managing the affordable housing stock of San Francisco.
