Free COVID-19 Vaccines for Eligible Residents in 94112

The City’s Community Health Branch sends this information. Also, see below the flyer image for a warning about vaccine scams and how to avoid them.

Free COVID-19 Vaccines for Eligible Residents in Zip Codes 94124, 94134, 94110, 94112, 94107

San Francisco is offering free COVID-19 vaccinations at two community sites, including the Southeast Health Center in the Bayview, and Zuckerberg San Francisco General’s Learning Center in the Mission. Please see below for more information about who is eligible at these sites. The intent of these two new sites is to serve the neighborhoods most heavily impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. As more vaccine supply continues to become available, more sites will open to serve residents throughout the city.

It is critical that older adults living in neighborhoods most impacted by the pandemic have early access to COVID-19 vaccinations to lower both the infection and death rates among a population disproportionally impacted by the virus. Vaccine supply remains low and you may be asked to return the following day if the site reaches capacity. More at https://sfhealthnetwork.org/covid-19-vaccine/

San Francisco is offering free COVID-19 vaccinations at Zuckerberg San Francisco General’s Learning Center to those who meet ALL of the following requirements:

1) live in zip codes 94110, 94112, or 94107; and

2) Ages 65 and over; and

3) Medi-Cal recipients, Healthy SF recipients or uninsured. [UPDATE FEB 12, 2021: Program now open to all 65+ regardless of insurance.]
