Highlights from the notes:
- Captain Tim Falvey has been officially named captain
- Crime trends: Robbies down, Part I and property crimes lightly up, auto theft significantly higher,
- The Captain discussed the “3 Es” framework for working on public safety problems: education, environment, and enforcement. This will be a priority for the year
for the Community Police Advisory Board - SFPD and the MTA have a 2013 initiative called Focus on the Five, in which each police district focuses on its five most dangerous intersections for pedestrians and the vehicle violations

Mardi Gras Zydeco Dance – Saturday, January 19, 8:00 p.m. at St. Finn Barr

St. Finn Barr is hosting their 12th Annual Mardi Gras Zydeco Dance this Saturday, January 19 at St. Finn Barr, from 8 p.m. – midnight. Come and dance the night away with great Cajun food and one of the top Bay Area Zydeco Band. Advance tickets are $18 or $23 at the door. This is an adult only event. Your donation is tax-deductible.
