From Supervisor Yee: Invitation to D7 Youth Council
From District 7 Supervisor Norman Yee:
Dear community members,
I hope you’ve all enjoyed your summers and are looking forward to the back-to-school season! This fall I will be kicking off my 3rd year of D7 Youth Council—a youth leadership and civic engagement program for youth ages 13-23. I’d like to invite our youth community members to apply. Please share this via your networks and on NextDoor. The more youth we have civically engaged, the more informed our next generation will be.
- If interested, we invite you to apply to the 2018-2019 program by completing this application: https://tinyurl.com/d7youthcouncil1819. Deadline to apply is Sept 7, 2018. Interviews will be scheduled mid-September.
- Meetings will take place on Monday evenings, from 5-7pm, twice a month.
- If you have any questions, please reach out to Jarlene Choy at Jarlene.Choy@sfgov.org
