Monday Feb 4: SNA Quarterly Meeting
You are invited: the quarterly meeting of the Sunnyside Neighborhood Association is next Monday. Open to all residents. Agenda below. Monday February 4, 2019, 7-8:30 pm, at St Finn Barr auditorium, 415 Edna Street (Hearst Ave).

- Supervisor Norman Yee to speak and answer your questions.
- Representative from Ingleside Police Station with crime and safety update.
- Participatory Budgeting: We have exciting news about the Sunnyside projects planned for this year’s ballot
- Update on the Balboa Reservoir Project from the BR Committee
- News about the neighborhood events and activities
- Other items and the usual raffle

Delicious weeds! Goats in Sunnyside
Seen on Flood Avenue this morning, a volunteer from CityGrazing.org, grazing two goats on a weedy yard.
The animals don’t mind oxalis or many other nasty weeds. CityGrazing.org is a nonprofit, and many of the goats are rescues. Future cyclists on the move at Sunnyside ES
YMCA’s YBike program held a learn-to-ride event at Sunnyside Elementary School today, with dozens of young kids getting their first go balancing on two wheels. They also gave out cycling helmets.
The program doesn’t use training wheels on bikes for these beginners, but takes off the pedals, which encourages the transition to balancing on two wheels.
