Tomorrow, Saturday May 13, SNA is holding a special meeting to offer you information and a chance to ask questions about the Balboa Reservoir Project. The meeting is 10-11am at the Sunnyside Conservatory (236 Monterey Blvd near Baden).
Lisa Spinali, ex-SNA president and current chair of the Community Advisory Committee will be present, as well as representatives from SF Planning Dept to address your concerns.
Then, on Saturday June 10, plans crafted by the three developer finalists will be presented, and the public will have a chance to review and provide feedback. The comment process does not end there — there will be an online portal for feedback, as well as a place to submit written comments. Presentation will be held at 10am, Riordan High School, 175 Phelan Ave. More information here.
The project encompasses housing and public park space. There will be many impacts on the neighborhood, and community input has been a part of the process from the beginning in 2015. In this critical phase, all residents are welcome and encouraged to participate — it is not “too late” to have an impact!
