On Friday April 20th and Saturday April 21st, view the developers’ plans for the Balboa Reservoir, including open space and community amenities. Give your feedback and talk with the design team. Ask questions, talk with neighbors, have refreshments.

On Friday Apr 20 and Saturday Apr 21, the developer team AvalonBay/BRIDGE will host an open house for the public review and comment on the Balboa Reservoir housing project plans.

When: Friday Apr 20, 2-6pm and Saturday Apr 21, 10am-2pm.

Monday Apr 9: See the plans for Balboa Reservoir housing project

The developer team will be showing their plans for the Balboa Reservoir housing project at the next meeting of the Balboa Reservoir Community Advisory Committee on Monday Apr 9, 6-8pm, at the CCSF Multi-Use Building. This community meeting offers an opportunity not only for local residents to see the plans, but to comment on them.

Now that the City has approved the Fiscal Feasibility Report, the plan presented at this meeting will be closer to the final version. Then it goes into the environmental review process. The next meeting of the Balboa Reservoir Community Advisory Committee is Monday Feb 12, at City Hall, South Light Court, 6-8pm. The agenda is here. The meeting focus is Fiscal Feasibility. The Balboa Reservoir Community Advisory Committee (BRCAC) is meeting on Monday Jan 22. The BRCAC is the focus of local community participation in planning the housing development at the Balboa Reservoir. All residents are welcome at the meetings of the BRCAC. 

Details: Monday Jan 22, 2018, 6-8pm, Multi-Use Building, Room 140, 55 Phelan Avenue, San Francisco CA.
