New Sunnyside senior exercise program has launched

Sunnyside Community Connectors

Free senior program began on Wed May 1, 2019. Meet Your Neighbors, Exercise, and Have Fun! Now meeting every Monday & Wednesday, 9:30-10:30am. 

Sunnyside location: St Finn Barr Hall, 415 Edna Street (Hearst)

  • 9:30-10:30am: Always Active Senior Exercise Class — Cardio, Strength Training, Flexibility & Balance
  • 10:30-11:30am: Stay for coffee, snacks, and classes. Meet your neighbors.

Aging and Thriving Together Exercise and stay fit while building a network of supportive neighbors and friends. D7 Participatory Budgeting 2019 voting opens, April 1-14

Every District 7 resident sixteen and older is eligible to vote. $650,000 available for local projects that win the vote. Vote online (April 1-14):  https://sfpbd.sfgov.org/en/district/7/vote 

Vote in person (April 1 -14): At West Portal Library; at Ingleside Library; and at City Hall.
