The developer team will be showing their plans for the Balboa Reservoir housing project at the next meeting of the Balboa Reservoir Community Advisory Committee on Monday Apr 9, 6-8pm, at the CCSF Multi-Use Building. This community meeting offers an opportunity not only for local residents to see the plans, but to comment on them.

Now that the City has approved the Fiscal Feasibility Report, the plan presented at this meeting will be closer to the final version. Then it goes into the environmental review process. The next meeting of the Balboa Reservoir Community Advisory Committee is Monday Feb 12, at City Hall, South Light Court, 6-8pm. The agenda is here. The meeting focus is Fiscal Feasibility.
