Monday Feb 13th: Balboa Reservoir Project Community Advisory Committee (BRCAC) Meeting. This meeting is focused on the Transportation Demand Management (TDM) aspect of the potential project on the Balboa Reservoir Site.
This is an excellent opportunity for community members like yourself to learn how the City is framing the potential impact this housing project will have on our community. All members of the community are invited.
More about the meeting here. It will be held at City College of San Francisco, Multi-Use Building, Room 140, 55 Phelan Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94112. 6:15pm.

Bay Area Bike Share (http://www.bayareabikeshare.com/) is a private company that currently has bike-rental stations closer to downtown, and now is in the process of expanding into SF neighborhoods over the next year. Here are two upcoming chances to find out more.

San Francisco’s ailing tree canopy is expected to get the love and care it needs after voters overwhelming approved a measure in November requiring The City to care for all street trees.
In a pre-tech boom era of budget deficits San Francisco decided to foist the care of street trees, along with the cost of repairing sidewalks damaged by tree roots, to the adjacent property owners.
