Event Background

After a very long year, we are entering a crucial phase of ending this pandemic with the arrival of vaccines.  While this is great news, the roll-out of the vaccines offers the City and its health care partners, some challenges due to a myriad of guidelines and logistical challenges that can generate some level of confusion and frustration in our neighborhoods.

The goals of the briefing are:

  1. Explain the role of the vaccine in the effort to stop the spread of the COVID 19 virus
  2. The current guidelines that the City must follow
  3. The strategies the City, and its health care partners, are developing to get the vaccination out in the community
  4. Answer questions submitted by attendees

We hope you will join us on the evening of February 4th at 6:30 pm for this important convening and thank you again for your contribution to end this pandemic.
