Stressed? Anxious? Some guidance from CA Surgeon General

The California Surgeon General has put forward some guidance for helping people regulate their stress and anxiety in this time of Covid-19. Being stuck at home, isolated work, friends, and family, is stressful, and not knowing when it all will end, adds to the anxiety.

But there are simple things everyone can to do to regulate stress and care for ourselves. Maintaining social and family relationships; getting good nutrition, exercise, and sleep; having a regular mindfulness practice; and finding mental health care if needed, are all things that will help regulate stress and anxiety.
