The Ocean Avenue Association Community Benefit District (CBD) has published its 2017-2018 annual report, available here. Highlights include:
- Advocating for better landscaping and ped/bike safety on Ocean Ave between San Jose and Geneva.
- Supporting bike share on Ocean, with or without stations.
- Working for more public art, including a gateway sculpture at Ingleside Library, as part of the planned ped/bike access entry to the Balboa Reservoir project.
- Working with the El Rey Theater redevelopers.
