Save Prop E! Save the tree-care measure!

One of the most popular propositions in the recent election is on the chopping block. Mayor Ed Lee has said he may axe Proposition E, a ballot measure that puts street trees under the care of the City, and which was passed by an overwhelming percentage of voters in November. More here from Friends of the Urban Forest, and at SF Chronicle.

If you think Prop E should be upheld, the ballot measure that means the city will care for street trees and the damage that they can do to sidewalks — our public space — then please consider emailing Mayor Ed Lee at mayoredwinlee@sfgov.org or call at (415) 554-6141.
