Sunnyside residents are helping to shape the planning process for the Balboa Reservoir Project, which is likely to be the biggest change in our neighborhood in decades. The Community Advisory Committee meets monthly, and you are invited to participate.

The city has identified the SFPUC-owned, western portion of the Balboa Reservoir property as a potential site for a housing development. The monthly meetings of the Balboa Reservoir Community Advisory Committee (BRCAC) are an opportunity for city staff and community members to exchange information and discuss project aspects as they relate to housing, open space, transportation, parking, urban design, City College, sustainability and neighborhood character.
