Dear Members of the Balboa Community,

Thank you to all those who attended the May Balboa Reservoir Community Advisory Committee (CAC) meetings on Transportation and Transportation Demand Management (TDM). You can review the recordings, presentations and materials from all CAC meetings at http://sf-planning.org/brcac.

Location & Address: City College of San Francisco, Multi-Use Building Room 140, 55 Phelan Ave, San Francisco

Topic: RFP Parameters regarding Transportation, Public Realm, Sustainability, Additional Public Benefits and Housing

At the next CAC meeting on Monday, June 13th, the CAC will review the latest round of revisions to the Balboa Reservoir RFP. The CAC will review transportation parameters as well as those regarding public realm, sustainability, and “additional public benefits” not captured in the other six sections of the RFP. The revisions reflect CAC direction and discussion from recent discussions and earlier meetings as far back as January. Also on Monday, Supervisor Yee will present updates that are meant to clarify and strengthen the housing parameters in the RFP.

If you’d like to receive automatic updates whenever new materials are added to the BRCAC website, please sign up for alerts here.
