Greywater 101
Greywater is the used water from your bathroom sinks, showers, tubs, and washing machines. Learn how you can reuse greywater in your home and landscape! Once illegal, greywater systems are now encouraged in drought-ridden California. Imagine using water from your bathroom sink, shower, or your clothes washer for your plants.

Firms Needed for Construction Management Services
As the Sewer System Improvement Program (SSIP) moves into construction, we seek professional service consultants to provide construction management services at each of our wastewater treatment plants. There will be five contracting opportunities to cover the SFPUC’s different needs in the next several months.
Firms interested in joining the SFPUC Wednesday, September 16th for a presentation about the upcoming contracting opportunities can RSVP here. This event will also be an excellent networking opportunity as potential prime proposers, subconsultants, and LBEs will be present to learn more about the contracting opportunities.
