I’ve just had a call from Julia Brashares of Parks Alliance: we arranged that their Clean and Green Team will help us with work on Circular on September 12th. This is an excellent program, led and instructed by an Alliance leader, to give young men and women service opportunities in SF neighborhoods. Please save the date if at all possible!

Their team did a great job last year with Circular greening people. From Judson to Baden, they were dynamic! They cleared weeds and trash from sidewalks and parts of the ribbon garden, and pruned trees. They ask that neighbors and stewards work with the team for whatever time you can give. They work from 9am – 2pm with a break for lunch. DPW helps with tools and the clean-up.
