Bike & Roll to School Week is an annual celebration of the joys and benefits of biking, rolling, or other active ways to get to school. See if your school is registered.

We have 90 schools participating! We are no longer distributing prizes.  this toolkit with tips to plan your school’s event (PDF).

Every Organizer and every school that signs up for Bike & Roll to School Week will be entered into a raffle for two $500 Sports Basement Gift Cards.

Thanks to the 50+ volunteers who assembled 6,000 rider bags at the Bag Assembly Party on April 7.

Get Ready to Bike & Roll to School with Family Biking Programs

• Attend  a Family Biking event to brush up on skills and practice riding as a family.
• Download the SF Bicycle Coalition’s Family Biking Guide, available in 3 languages.
• Attend an adult Urban Bicycling class to gain confidence biking before you bike to school with children.
