This is to inform you that Muni is excited to launch the new 55 16^th Street bus route that will connect customers and the community from 16^th Street Mission BART to the new UCSF Medical Center at Mission Bay, UCSF Mission Bay campus and the growing 16^th Street corridor.

Starting January 31, 2015, the new bus route 55 16^th Street will operate seven days a week from approximately 6am to midnight every 15 to 20  minutes.
