The past few weeks have been busy on Flood Avenue.  PG&E was in the process of replacing the aging gas pipes, when it was discovered that the city sewer pipe had a major leak.  The entire city sewer line between Edna and Foerster streets has been replaced.  PG&E will resume their work upon completion, and residents will be able to access Flood Avenue again.
