SF Redistricting Plan Under Fire Some San Francisco residents are demanding changes from the task force drawing new boundaries for supervisors’ districts. Last night at a meeting in City Hall, residents of the Portola neighborhood said they want to be in a district that’s not so spread-out.  That would change all the districts, because each must have a roughly equal population.
